Returns & Exchange Policy

Cape Osprey Pty Ltd accepts the return or exchange of items purchased through our online store under the following terms and conditions.  For Cape Osprey clothing purchased at a retailer, please contact the retailer concerned for any exchanges or refunds.

Change of Mind – If for any reason you change your mind after receiving an item, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund.  The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, all tags must be attached and the item must not have been worn. You should also ensure that you provide us with your full name, postal address and phone number. The customer will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us at the address shown below, and please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any items that are sent but not received.

Incorrect size or Order - If you have selected the incorrect size or ordered the wrong garment, you may return the item within 30 days and we will provide an exchange garment or issue you a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, all tags must be attached and the item must not have been worn. You should also ensure that you provide us with your full name, postal address and phone number.  The customer will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us at the address shown below, and please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any items that are sent but not received. Because we want you to have gear you can wear Cape Osprey will cover the postage cost of the initial replacement garment. (Postage within Australia only)

Faulty or damaged,– You may return any item which you believe is faulty, or damaged within 60 days from the date of purchase.  If our apparel technician agrees the item is faulty or damaged as a result of workmanship, we will provide the option of a full refund, or a replacement product.  The cost of your postage will be covered by Cape Osprey Pty Ltd.

Cape Osprey’s definition of ‘not worn’, excludes the reasonable time it takes to try on the garment and decide if the size, colour or fit is right for you, just like trying a garment on in a retail store.
